Set on 26 wooded acres in Dadeville, Auburn Glamping offers a private setting near Lake Martin, approximately 25 minutes from Auburn. Inside, a 20-foot picture window brings the woods into view. Make coffee, find a comfortable spot, and let the conversation wander.
There’s a full kitchen, an indoor bathroom, heating, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi. You can settle in comfortably and decide how much of the outside world you feel like keeping up with.
Dinner Can Wait
You could dress up and head out for dinner. You could also bring the ingredients for something simple, cook together, and spend the evening at the dome.
Take your time over the meal. Leave dessert for later. When you’re ready, step outside for a soak in the private hot tub beneath the trees.
The fire pit gives you another place to settle in as the evening cools. Pull your chairs close and stay awhile. Some nights, the best part of going away is having no reason to go anywhere else.
Let the Evening Linger
After a day on the lake, freshen up in the indoor shower with its rain shower head and wall jets. Take your time getting ready for dinner, or get comfortable for a night at the dome.
Then there’s the king bed, dressed in soft sheets that make an early start a difficult proposition. Bring a book, put your phones aside, or leave tomorrow’s plans until tomorrow.

Follow the Trail When You Feel Like Exploring
When you’re ready to head outdoors, take a walk through the property, pause at the creek bridge, or follow the private trail toward Lake Martin. Guests have access to approximately 300 feet of shoreline, with kayaks included in the stay.
A paddle gives you something to do together at an easy pace. Check the weather and current property guidance before setting out, and wear properly fitted life jackets.
You’ll also find a young orchard growing on the property. It’s a small detail to notice on a walk and something returning guests can watch change with the seasons.

Your Weekend, With Plenty of Room Between Plans

Friday: Settle In Together
Bring an easy dinner or stop to eat on the way. Unpack, put the groceries away, and make yourselves comfortable. Start with the hot tub or spend some time around the fire. There’s no need to fit everything into the first evening.
Saturday: See Where the Day Goes
Have breakfast when you feel like it. Choose a paddle, a walk, or an afternoon exploring the Lake Martin area. If dinner out sounds good, check current restaurant hours and make a reservation where needed.
Or stay at the dome. You’re allowed to pack walking shoes and barely use them.
Sunday: No Rush Until It’s Time
Leave enough time for breakfast and coffee before your scheduled checkout. Open the curtains, take in the trees, and enjoy one last stretch of the morning together.
