Outdoor Adventures Without Leaving the Property
Families can spend their days kayaking, walking the wooded property, exploring the creek and relaxing around the fire pit. Lake Martin access and included kayaks make it easy to build an outdoor adventure into the trip without packing camping equipment.
We recently planted a young fruit orchard with apple, pear, pawpaw, persimmon and fig trees, plus blueberry bushes. It is still becoming established, giving returning families something new to watch grow each season.
Parents and guardians should supervise children around the lake, creek, hot tub, fire pit and outdoor areas. Guests should also review current property guidance and weather conditions before outdoor activities.
